In this study, we address evaluation of cell-to-cell variability, safety, spatial distribution, conformational changes and intracellular trafficking of our vectors, and visualization of oxidative stress using tissue optical clearing and fluorescence to accelerate the development of safe and effective in vivo gene transfer. We utilize novel tissue optical clearing method ‘Seebest’ without detergent for the purpose.
