Intracelluar Image Processing Using Machine Learning

In recent years, the accuracy of image recognition is improved drastically by machine learning techniques such as deep learning.
When we use deep learning to particle detection in intracelluar images, the accuracy is better than conventional method based on support vector machine. But the mis-detections occur in a dense region. I want to improve the accuracy of particle detection in the dense region.
