Development of techniques for analysis of morphology and motion from multidimensional biological image data

In this study, we develop methods to analyze the morphology and motion of the objects from multidimensional biological image data. We calculate voxel-wise geometrical features and physical quantities from multidimensional intensity information, and then integrate them to estimate the morphology and motion of the biological objects.
