Multiplexed imaging of protein expression dynamics induced by optogenetic perturbation

Recent progress in optogenetics realized spatio-temporal control of diverse cellular events in a precise manner. However, it is still challenging to monitor localization dynamics of proteins induced by optogenetic perturbations, due to the lack of an integrated method of visualization and manipulation. To this end, we are going to develop a combinatorial technique that enables multiplexed fluorescence imaging under the control of optogenetic perturbations.
